Domination Mesmers suck in PvP!? Last I heard, Dom was the metagame. :S
But, to make this a somewhat useful post, here's a simple degen spammer:
Energy Drain (E)
Conjure Phantasm
Images of Remorse
Imagined Burden
Mantra of Persistance
Drain Enchantment
[Some skill - Spirit of Failure, Signet of Humility, etc.]
Res Sig

Migrane [e]
Arcane Condrum
Mantra of Persistance
Signet of disruption
Power drain
Power spike
conjure phantasm
res
ill give u the attribs when i get it but i dont think u need so much in dom seeming how u are just there to interupt
i know u may be slow at interupting, but will migrane, and arcane condrum easy!

Fun PvP Mesmer Build
Ok first of all as a seasoned mesmer I find it way too much fun to pick on warriors, dervs and sins. This build is my little creation and is a lot of fun to use in RA.
Me/E
Illusion : 16
Inspiriation : 10
Fast Casting : 9
-Glyph of lesser energy
-Leech Signet
-Drian Enchantment
-Ether Feast
-Phantom Pain
-Conjure Phanstasm
-Clumsiness
-Ineptitude (Elite)
Usage: For warriors wait until they get nice and close and then cast ineptitude, clumsiness, signet of lesser energy, conjure phantasm, phantom pain in that order. These combined skills will do like 250-300 damage quite quickly and will put the warrior into panic mode since they will now be blinded, -8 degen, and have little to no adrenaline. Most warriors it has been my observation now attempt to use their healing signet. Use leech signet to interupt. Now just run away and hopefully sucker the warrior away from his team where you can 1v1 him, by this time you ineptitude should be recharged. Keep spamming clumsiness and conjure phantasm will using glyph of lesser energy to to keep a healthy supply of energy. Use ether feast to heal and possibly drain enchantment to heal and manage energy.
For Sins basically if you time it right clumsiness will throw off their whole combo which leaves them practically worthless. Then just keep spamming it so they can never get a combo off ( this is also funny to watch). During the recharge time apply degen and use ineptitude. Often times Sins will have super health regen enchantments, just drain them and you'll be ok. Like dealing with a warrior once you blind a sin with ineptitude just run around while their blinded.
For dervs do the same thing as you would with warriors. Dervs tend to have lots of enchantments but the one to watch for is mystic regeneration. If you can manage to interupt it do it but other wise try to time drain enchantment so that you drain that one since that is usually their way of healing.
Enjoy! (its a lot of laughs to watch blinded melee ers)

Holy thread necromancy, Batman!
btw... That build is bad.
No res and a sup rune is pretty fail, and the build as a whole lacks focus.

Well, the OP didn't state what it was for. AB is "considered" PvP and if you take a rez in there, gg.

If you take a crap build in AB also, that's gg. Nobody gives a dam. It's kinda pointless designing a build for AB. Just swap res for speed buff and away you go.

Holy Stupid Elitists players, Robin!
That exact mesmer was being used some time ago before the sin nerf on a sin and mes split in VARIOUS GvGs ( some high end ).

Domination Mesmers suck in PvP?
wow, that's a new one...
so anyway since your into Illusion now, for whichever reasons, not that Illusion sucks but you call Domination sucky, I'll try to put up some Illusion builds for PvP.
I'm not that good with Illusion, I'm more into Domination but anyway, here it goes...
Migraine
Arcane Conundrum
Conjure Nightmare
Phantom Pain
Auspicious Incantation
Power Drain
Mantra of Persistence
Res Sig
mainly anti caster. the hex version of the Broad Head Arrow Ranger. has the bonus of nice degen, deep wound and great energy management.
Inepitude
Clumsiness
Conjure Phantasm
Phantom Pain
Drain Enchantment
Power Drain
Signet of Humility
Res Sig
basic anti melee. blind+deep wound are 2 of the 3 most harmful conditions(daze being the 3rd) along with some nice degen and energy management. also enchantment removal is always a bonus and Signet of Humility is just a personal favourite of mine, awww sorry Monk but I dont want you to use your WoH for a while. I want my team to actually score some kills :P
Crippling Anguish
Ethereal Burden
Kitah's Burden
Phantom Pain
Power Drain
Signet of Humility
Mantra of Persistence
Res Sig
an attempt to make the hex version of a Crip Shot ranger. 3 slow hexes, some degen and deep wound, good energy management and again Signet of Humility.
I just love Rangers so much that I tried to make Mesmer builds that mimick them
the main advantage over the Ranger counterparts is the fact that its hex based, which is much harder to remove(but also to spam) than conditions. these builds should work well in hex based builds, as lone hexers they wont be much good as the enemy monks wont have too much trouble removing a hex or 2...
and everyone loves deep wound! so why not bring it along?
not sure how good these builds are, but hey, worth a try isnt it? it cant be that bad...
